Services that Support Advertising Decisions
Harvey Research Organization provides marketing, publication, and advertising research
services. They produce a number of studies.
- Harvey Communication Measurement (HCM)
is a qualitative advertisement readership
service designed for trade publications.
- Harvey Verbatim Feedback (HVF)
is a qualitative advertisement readership service
designed for consumer publications.
- AD-Q
provides three reports based on mail surveys.
- The Advertiser Report
presents both historical and current issue data on reader
buying influence and readership scores for the advertisements studied. Scores for all
advertisements are shown separately for all readers and for those readers who have
buying/specifying influence for the advertised product.
- The AD-Q Publisher's Report
presents editorial and reader profiles. This may be used
in conjunction with the Advertiser Report or may be used independently. This
report includes the use of graphics to help enliven the presentation of the data.
- The Verbatim Comments Report
presents actual feedback from the readers on
advertisements as well as editorial content in the studied issue.
- Harvey Custom Studies (HCS) are special studies designed to meet the needs and
objectives of the study's sponsor. Data can be gathered by mailed questionnaires and/or
personal face-to-face interviews conducted throughout the world.
